Rosemary Janice Simpson

Rosemary (Rosie) J. Simpson (74) of Menahga, MN passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Park Rapids, MN. Rosemary was born on March 2, 1947 and graduated from Sebeka High School Class of 1965. Retired from Hennepin County Social Services in 2009. Preceded by her father John Place, mother Bertha Aho, sisters Tammy and Twyla. Survived by Life Partner, Soulmate and Best Friend of 42 years, Carl R. Calistro of Menahga, MN, special cousins Kay Bay of Canton, MI and Steve Kuha of Walker, MN. Many other cousins, nephews and niece. “One of God’s angels is home now”. Arrangements with Wevley Funeral Home, Sebeka MN., with inurnment at Hay Creek Cemetery at a later date.
